Payment & Refund Policy
Our standard fee structure involves a 60% upfront payment for most services, with the remainder due upon document readiness.
Non-Refundability
Service fees represent administrative costs and are generally non-refundable once processing begins.
Additional Charges
Third-party government fees or courier costs may be billed separately or as a pass-through cost.
Liability Disclaimer
Stansted Company Limited acts as a facilitator and advisor.
We are not responsible for delays or rejections caused by government embassies, departments, or other official bodies. Ultimate authority on documentation approval rests solely with the issuing sovereign entity.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes shall be resolved within the jurisdiction of the Ghanaian court system.
